Let me share with you an interesting topic applicable for female employees or business owner, especially on the official day of maternity leave given during their maternity period with full pay.
I am sure a lot of female employees wish to have 90 days, but the correct entitlement is only 60 days for paid maternity leave.
But what if a public holiday falls during employee’s maternity leave?

Note: With effect, January 2021 good news to all female employees, the official day of maternity will increase to 90 days with the improvement base on the Employment Act during Budget 2020.
