KWSP Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja

Employee Provident Fund (EPF)

Employers are responsible for paying EPF contributions in respect of any workers they have engaged under contracts of service or apprenticeships. The employer must ensure that accurate contributions are deducted from an employee's salary and remitted to the employee's EPF/KWSF (Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja) account.

The employer must make the monthly contribution payment by the 15th of the month.

With the appropriate training and expertise, our payroll specialists can process the registration of employers with the EPF and monthly contributions to the EPF. All contributions will be submitted within a specified period.

EPF requires both employers and employees to establish an employer account.

Employees and employers are required to make contributions under the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Act, which is calculated based on the employee’s salary.

If you would like to open a new EPF account, we are here to assist you with full details regarding the registration process. Right House Solutions will strive to resolve all your concerns regarding the EPF registration as quickly as possible.
