Social Security Organization (SOCSO)

In general, the SOCSO Act has two schemes:

SOCSO Registration

  • Employers are required to register with SOCSO for an employer account.

Monthly Contribution

  • Under the Employees Social Security Act, each employer and employee must contribute a monthly contribution to SOCSO that is based on the employee’s monthly salary.
